Emotional Intelligence and Life Skills for Kids
Programs that help children understand emotions, communicate, build confidence and think critically. Two tracks for ages 4–12 and 7–15.
Good grades are only part of the picture. Children also need to understand their feelings, get along with other people, stand up for themselves and make their own decisions. These skills can be taught as well.
This page covers two programs by educator Shamil Ahmadullin, both already taught in Russian. English editions are in development.
The Key Skill: emotional and social intelligence
For ages 4–6 and 7–12. A 10-week course on communication and emotional and social intelligence: 9 lessons with practical tasks checked by a curator.
Skills for Success: a year of life skills
For ages 7–10 and 11–15. A 12-month program in six modules:
- Confidence
- Emotions
- Independence
- Communication
- Critical thinking
- Motivation
Each week includes one live group session (50 minutes), two video lessons and two practical tasks. Groups have up to 15 children.
These are the formats of the current Russian editions. Details of the English editions may change before launch.
Who it is for
