This policy explains what personal data BrainAlong ("we", "us") collects on this website, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by the BrainAlong team. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, write to hello@brainalong.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we receive:

• your email address;
• your child's age range and the program you are interested in;
• the page where you filled in the form;
• the country you are in, as detected by our hosting provider from your connection (we do not store your IP address).

When you use our free tools (for example, the Schulte table or the times tables test), results such as best times are saved only in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot see them.

We do not ask for your child's name or any other information about your child beyond an age range.

Why we use it

• To tell you when the English editions of our programs open and to send you related news and free materials.
• To understand which programs families want most.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who processes the data for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website, processes the form and stores a backup copy of sign-ups.
• Telegram delivers notifications about new sign-ups to our team.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell or rent your personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we stop the waitlist, we delete the data within 12 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, write to hello@brainalong.com; we will reply within 30 days. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

This website is written for parents and guardians. The waitlist form is for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
